According to the National Association of Realtors the number of projected home sales dipped to 5.3 million and the national median home price for existing home decreased to $228,700, that’s down 1.3% from last month and up 4.7% from this same time last year. According to Freddie Mac to national average for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage is down from last month to 3.91%.
